Since graduating from a Diploma of Arts in Fashion Design at Moreton Institute of TAFE over 10 years ago, Leigh has worked in both Australia and England as a designer. Currently based in Brisbane, Leigh works for Australian designer Easton Pearson as a pattern maker, illustrator and sample machinist. Leigh's area of expertise is women,s eveningwear and avant garde, as well as menswear – he has been there for 6 years and is ready for new challenge.

Leigh’s dream is to be the world’s best bridal gown designer. Leigh is very committed, strong-willed and very entertaining, he always has a quick one-liner ready to roll. He calls himself 'The Renaissance Man' because he's good at everything he puts his hand to. When asked about his worst traits he replied 'I don't have any'.

I will be interesting to see whether he can he live up to his own high expectations.
