1. DESCRIPTION: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The "Chili’s Secret Show Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") begins on Friday, March 26, 2007 and ends on Friday, May 4, 2007 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The sponsors of this Sweepstakes are MySpace, Inc. (“MySpace”) and Brinker International Payroll Company, LP. (collectively, "Sponsors"). The administrator of this Contest is Visionworks Promotion, Event & Creative Development Company ("Sweepstakes Administrator").
2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. who are at least 14 years of age at time of entry. All entrants must be registered members of the www.myspace.com website (“MySpace Member”) in compliance with MySpace’s Terms & Conditions policy located at http://collect.myspace.com/misc/terms.html?z=1 for valid entry. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors and interns) who have, within the past six months, held employment with or performed services for Sponsors, Sweepstakes Administrator (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities") or any organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate Family Members and Household Members of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. Void outside the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. and where prohibited.
3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period. 1.) Entrants must visit the Sweepstakes web site during the Sweepstakes Period by logging in to their MySpace account, then logging on to the official “Chili’s” profile located at http://www.myspace.com/chilis. Entrants must follow the on-screen instruction to complete the entry form to receive at least one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. The information provided on the entry form will be used to contact the potential winner. 2.) For mail-in entry, print your first and last name, street address, daytime phone number and age on a postcard and mail to: “Chili’s Secret Show – Attn: Sweepstakes Entry”, PO Box 470928, Celebration, FL 34747. Only postcard mailers will be accepted. Entries enclosed in envelopes will not be opened and envelopes will be discarded. Incorrect, illegible and incomplete entries are void. Mechanically reproduced entries or entries in excess of the limit stated will not be accepted and are void Online entries must be received by May 4, 2007. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 4, 2007 and received by May 11, 2007. Limited to one (1) entry per person, per day, for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Online entrants must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the MySpace account identified in the entrant's entry as of March 26, 2007. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the MySpace account was opened. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. All information provided by entrants becomes the property of Sponsor.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 3 day / 2 night trip for four (4) to attend the Secret Show. The trip will consist of the following: (a.) round-trip coach air transportation for four (4) to the Secret Show City from the major airport nearest winner’s residence; (b.) two (2) nights hotel accommodations for winner and his/her guests at a hotel selected by Sponsor (two rooms, double occupancy); (c.) chauffeured car service between the hotel and airport in the Secret Show City and to and from the Secret Show; (d.) four (4) VIP and Backstage Tickets to attend the Secret Show; (e.) a video camera to chronicle the VIP Weekend. Estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is $4,000. |
Final value of Grand Prize depends on winner’s place of residence and cost and availability of airfare and hotel at time of booking and travel and may be substantially higher or lower than estimated value. Trip dates will be specified by the Sponsor and travel will occur in 2007. Sponsor reserves the right to change travel dates and to substitute any or all of these portions of the prize for a prize of comparable or greater value should they become unavailable or impractical for any reason. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, personal ground transportation, hotel charges (other than room and room tax), gratuities, tips, taxes and incidentals. Winner will be responsible for any and all federal, state and/or local taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize. Prize winners cannot assign or transfer the prize to another person. No cash or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Sponsor. All prizes will be awarded. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded; provided, however, that if prizes are awarded but unclaimed/forfeited by recipient, prize may not be re-awarded, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Other restrictions may apply. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person, per household.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sweepstakes Administrator from all eligible and correct entries on or about May 16, 2007. Prize winner will be notified by telephone and/or overnight mail on or about May 18, 2007. Prize winner may be required to verify address and to execute before a notary public and return within seven (7) days an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release covering eligibility, liability, advertising, publicity and media appearance issues, unless prohibited by law. Failure to return the executed affidavit and release forms within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Prize will not be awarded until all such properly executed and notarized forms are returned. Travel companions will be required to verify address and to execute a liability/publicity release prior to the travel departure date. Travel companions who are less than the age of majority must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who must complete any required documents on their behalf. In the event that a selected winner is a minor under applicable state law, the parent or legal guardian of such winner will be required to sign all documents required hereunder and Sponsors reserve the right to award such minor’s prize to, and in the name of, such parent or legal guardian.
6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/RELEASES: Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and the Sweepstakes Administrator, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or by accepting any prize that they may win, each entrant agrees to release the Sponsors and Sweepstakes Administrator; each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, units and divisions and advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers; each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; and each of these companies and individuals' respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Each entrant authorizes the Released Parties to use his/her name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsors are not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsors’ sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing, typographical, human administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsors disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion of the Sweepstakes) should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in such situation, to select the winner(s) from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to and/or after such action or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsors. Sponsors may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in their sole discretion, they determine you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Sponsors’ representatives. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of California. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
7. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information supplied by you to MySpace will be subject to MySpace’s privacy policy posted at http://collect.myspace.com/misc/privacy.html?z=1. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant MySpace permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Sponsors. As a result, you may receive additional email communication or promotions from the Sponsors as any of their members would. MySpace will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party other than the other Sponsors and as explicitly described herein.
