LIMITATIONS:  Offer is valid for the first 10,000 MySpace members who pursue the offer by:  a) Adding the official Clerks II MySpace profile to their ÒFriend ListÓ and b) Submit their name for inclusion in the credits of Clerks II by clicking the offer link on the official Clerks II profile and following the prompts.  Applicants must be a valid member of MySpace.com, in accordance with all rules and regulations governing the site, and be logged in to their MySpace account at the time of submission to be considered for inclusion in this offer.  By submitting their profile for consideration, applicants attest to the fact that they are the owner and originator of the profile in consideration and that they expressly permit the first and last name listed on their MySpace account to be published in the end credit roll of Clerks II.  Applicants authorize MySpace and affiliated companies to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity without further compensation. MySpace is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at their sole discretion, without obligation or compensation.  MySpace does not guarantee that submitting a request assures inclusion in the credits of Clerks II, regardless of time of submission.  MySpace reserves the right to eliminate from consideration any applicant they deem unfit for any reason, at their sole discretion.  Only one name will be submitted per MySpace account, regardless of the number of members who use the account [i.e., a group, band, etc.], and each account URL is only eligible for one submission.   Offer expires immediately following the submission of the 10,000th valid profile, and will not be reissued, except at sole discretion of MySpace.  MySpace will not inform any submitting party if their submission was successful or not. MySpace is not responsible for (i) incomplete unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible submissions; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of submission.  MySpace disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from applying for, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this offer, and reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the offer should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond MySpaceÕs control, corrupt the administration or security of the offer.
