LIMITATIONS: Offer is valid for the first 10,000
MySpace members who pursue the offer by:
a) Adding the official Clerks II MySpace profile to their ÒFriend ListÓ and
b) Submit their name for inclusion in the credits of Clerks II by clicking the
offer link on the official Clerks II profile and following the prompts. Applicants must be a valid member of
MySpace.com, in accordance with all rules and regulations governing the site,
and be logged in to their MySpace account at the time of submission to be
considered for inclusion in this offer.
By submitting their profile for consideration, applicants attest to the
fact that they are the owner and originator of the profile in consideration and
that they expressly permit the first and last name listed on their MySpace
account to be published in the end credit roll of Clerks II. Applicants authorize MySpace and
affiliated companies to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data,
city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional
material, worldwide in perpetuity without further compensation. MySpace is not
obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may
do so and may edit such information or materials, at their sole discretion,
without obligation or compensation.
MySpace does not guarantee that submitting a request assures inclusion
in the credits of Clerks II, regardless of time of submission. MySpace reserves the right to eliminate
from consideration any applicant they deem unfit for any reason, at their sole
discretion. Only one name will be
submitted per MySpace account, regardless of the number of members who use the
account [i.e., a group, band, etc.], and each account URL is only eligible for
one submission. Offer
expires immediately following the submission of the 10,000th valid
profile, and will not be reissued, except at sole discretion of MySpace. MySpace will not inform any submitting
party if their submission was successful or not. MySpace is not responsible for
(i) incomplete unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible submissions;
(ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other
technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or
transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized
access to or alteration of submission. MySpace disclaims any liability for damage to any computer
system resulting from applying for, or accessing or downloading information in
connection with this offer, and reserves the right, in their sole discretion,
to cancel, modify or suspend the offer should a virus, bug, computer problem,
unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond MySpaceÕs control, corrupt the
administration or security of the offer.
