"This is not just an ordinary show, this is a PARTY and I want everyone to have a good time and go nuts," shouted Brian Fair, lead singer of Shadows Fall. Everyone in the crowd at the Pearl Street Nightclub took those words to heart and celebrated the "Party" with one of the most energetic shows in Secret Shows history.

Opening the show were three bands that all played different styles of rock and metal to get the party started before Shadows Fall took the Stage. Massachusetts natives The Probates, The Uncomfortables, and the ferocious Hot Black.

As the sun set in the Northampton sky, Shadows Fall took the stage to an anxious, packed crowd. "Thank you for supporting Massachusetts metal," the band exclaimed before breaking into a set that spanned the bands career that has redefined what it means to be true metal. The band not only thanked their long time fans who have supported them from the beginning by playing songs off "The Art Of Balance" and "The War Within" but also played select songs off their new (and best) album "Threads of Life".
