Terms And Conditions
- Entry into the Promotion is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 except employees of Royal Mail Group Ltd, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
- To enter the competition you must sign up as a friend of Ken Dawson on myspace.com. You must sign up before midnight on 31 March 2008.
- The Prize: There is one prize available. The Prize is for one person to participate in a Post Office TV advert. The Prize includes all reasonable expenses incurred by the winner during the TV advert filming process including accommodation in a London hotel selected by the Promoter at the discretion of the Promoter. Further details of the prize to be confirmed on announcement of the Winner.
- At the discretion of the Promoter the prize may be changed to a cash prize of £400.
- The Winner: There will be one winner who will be chosen on or before 10 April 2008 at random from all entries received.
- The Winner will be contacted by post or phone, on or before 17 April 2008.
- The Winner will be required to make themselves available for up to 5 days for the recording of the TV advert, time to be chosen and confirmed by the Promoter.
- All Intellectual Property and other rights in the TV advert and subsequent advertising material arising from the TV advert and this Promotion shall vest in the Promoter.
- The Winner must sign a performance contract provided by the Promoter. If the Winner does not agree to sign the performance contract another winner will be chosen from all entries received. The winner is not guaranteed to make the final cut of film that is aired.
- The Winner may be required to participate in other promotional activities as specified by the Promoter.
- The decision of the Promoter is final binding on any aspect of the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entrants will be disqualified if it is found that they have breached any of these terms and conditions.
- The name and county of the winner will be published on the Post Office website on or before 24 April 2008.
- If the Promoter chooses to disqualify the Winner from the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from all other valid entries received.
- Personal details obtained will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will be destroyed thereafter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize where it is reasonable to do so.
- The Promoter accepts no liability for failed friend requests or any other failed entry.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion at any time.
- The Promoter reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
- If the Winner cannot adhere to any of the conditions set out in these terms and conditions, another winner will be chosen from all entries received.
